Following the public debate “Fos‑Berre Provence: an industrial future under discussion” held in spring 2025, Marcegaglia committed to continuing to inform and engage in dialogue about the Mistral project in Fos‑sur‑Mer.
As part of this ongoing consultation process, we are publishing today the first project newsletter, aimed at regularly sharing updates on the project, presenting the latest developments and reporting on exchanges held with local stakeholders.
In particular, this first edition highlights the key takeaways from the public debate, the adjustments made to the project, the first steps of the continuous consultation process and the latest technical and environmental progress.
To facilitate access to information and encourage participation, a dedicated consultation webpage has also been launched on the Marcegaglia Fos-sur-Mer website, allowing users to consult the latest project news, follow the next steps of the consultation process and submit questions and share contributions.
Continuous consultation is an essential step to maintain dialogue, share information and support the project’s development alongside the region and the wider public.
